West Michigan Attorneys Experienced in Special Needs and Estate Planning
Celebrating 20 Years!
Our law firm offers clients a one-stop-shop for special needs planning. Attorneys Dan Blauw and Sarah Kirkpatrick understand the unique needs faced by those with disabilities and their loved ones. They assist clients with a wide range of disability-related matters - legal guardianship or alternatives, drafting special needs trusts, supportive housing, and more. They frequently work with parents to create comprehensive estate plans that incorporate special needs trusts. While our attorneys specialize in the area of special needs planning, they are also experienced in other practice areas: traditional estate planning, incapacity planning, probate of decedents' estates, and trust administration. For more information, go to our Practice Areas page. We are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, but serve West Michigan and beyond.
