Who We Are & What We Do
Our attorney-team offers a wealth of experience in special needs planning. Dan Blauw and Sarah Kirkpatrick understand the unique needs faced by those with disabilities and their loved ones. For more than 20 years, we've assisted clients with a wide range of disability-related matters: legal guardianship & alternatives, special needs trusts, supportive housing, and more. We frequently work with parents to create comprehensive estate plans that incorporate special needs trusts. While our attorneys specialize in the area of special needs planning, they're experienced in other practice areas: traditional estate planning, incapacity planning, probate of decedents' estates, and trust administration. For more information, go to Practice Areas. We're based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, but serve all of West Michigan and beyond.
